William studied architecture at Louisiana Tech University’s School of Architecture and Design, where he earned his degree in Architecture. He joined POSS in 2013 and has built his career at the firm, advancing into senior project management roles. His education emphasized both design excellence and practical construction principles that continue to inform his approach to complex projects.
With more than two decades of experience working in the Aspen Valley, William has developed extensive expertise in guiding projects from concept through completion within POSS’s collaborative design environment. His portfolio includes a range of residential and retail developments, and he continues to oversee the design and construction of flagship boutique for internationally renowned brands in Aspen’s luxury market.
William manages multidisciplinary project teams, coordinates with clients and consultants, and ensures that each project’s design intent is realized on schedule and within budget. His collaborative leadership style and strong technical problem-solving skills have been central to the successful delivery of many high-profile projects. He specializes in high-end residential, retail, and commercial architecture, with deep expertise in Aspen’s Historic Preservation regulations—ensuring new developments respect and enhance the city’s architectural heritage.
Outside of work, William is passionate about spending time with his wife and three sons. His other interests are vintage BMX bikes and motorcycles. In his spare time, he enjoys being in the garage working on and restoring his bikes.
