Rachel Guest holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Interior Design. She is a licensed interior designer and an accredited LEED AP professional. Rachel joined Poss in 2016, was promoted to Principal and Director of Poss Interior Design in 2019, became a Partner in 2022, and was named Vice President of Interior Design in 2025. Equipped with both creative and strategic talents, she also leads business development efforts at Poss. With over 25 years of experience in commercial and residential design, Rachel brings exceptional depth and expertise to every project.
