Kip received his Bachelor of Architecture in 1984 from the University of Tennessee and joined Hart Freeland Roberts in Nashville as a draftsman and job captain. While with HFR, Kip gained valuable experience in detailing and construction on large projects such as hospitals, high-rise office buildings, and schools.
Kip moved to Aspen to ski and enjoy the mountain life. He joined Poss Architecture + Planning and Interior Design in the summer of 1990. Kip has successfully completed many projects over the years, including large custom homes, multi-unit townhomes, and commercial projects. Kip’s commitment to making the client’s vision a reality, his attention to detail, and his dedication to client service make him a valuable member of the Poss Architecture + Planning and Interior Design team.
